We do not provide free product samples, so any products needed for evaluation would need to be purchased through our retail website. When you register for a wholesale account, you agree to our Wholesale Terms & Conditions listed below and in our Terms of Service. Approval typically takes one to three business days. Wholesale Terms & Conditions: By registering for a Wholesale Account, you agree to our Wholesale Terms and Conditions. In order to register for a wholesale account, you must supply your company’s name, website, US Sales Tax Certificate Number, shipping address, and a valid business e-mail address. Verification usually takes one to three business days. We reserve the right to approve or deny any wholesale account registrations. Currently, our wholesale program is only offered to the contiguous 48 United States, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. If your hotel, Airbnb’s, bed and breakfast, or retail store is located in Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside of the 48 contiguous states, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order. The minimum order quantity requirement for wholesale orders is 10 units per product type in any variety of sizes. Coupons cannot be applied to wholesale orders. Due to our significant wholesale discount and our cost to ship a large amount of products, we do not offer returns or refunds of any kind for wholesale orders. If you would like to try our products before you commit to a wholesale order, you will need to purchase them on this site at the normal retail prices. We do not provide free or discounted samples.
Wholesale customers take title and ownership of our products, which means that we do not accept returns from wholesale customers that are re-sellers of our products if one of the re-seller’s customers returns one of our products. Any returns of our products to one of our wholesale re-sellers must be handled exclusively by the wholesale re-seller, and no refund or compensation will be provided by Ecobrands®. Maintaining the same retail price points throughout the country is important to us. If your company is a re-seller of our products, you agree to set your prices for our products either at or above the Minimum Advertised Retail Prices on this site. If your company sets its prices for our products below the Minimum Advertised Retail Prices on this site, it will result in permanent cancellation of your wholesale account. Wholesale customers are not permitted to post our wholesale prices online or on any other media.
Due to fluctuating material and freight costs, we reserve the right to change our wholesale prices at any time and with no notice. We do not guarantee that our products are always in large enough stock to satisfy large wholesale orders. Therefore, large orders may take up to six months to arrive from our factories. If you are placing a large wholesale order, please contact us first to see if we have enough inventory available. We do not make any guarantees on product availability or shipping times.
